Nickolai Christiansen

Passionate about the process of taking an idea from the napkin phase all the way to a tangible product. Upstairs Office’s lead for project management, product strategy, and UX.

As the CEO and co-founder of Upstairs Office, Nickolai owns the outcome. From contracts to the technical infrastructure, he keeps the engine running. He is the primary contact for clients and partners alike — driven by a need to understand their business, not just their brief.

What he brings to the table:

• 6+ years of project management experience in the cybersecurity domain
• Built and piloted the technical account manager program at guardsix (formerly Logpoint)
• Skilled in bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution
• DevOps and infrastructure expertise
• A generalist by nature - comfortable across the full IT stack

Nickolai is driven by curiosity, always looking for a better way to do things. When he’s not working on projects for Upstairs Office, he might pretend to be Robin Hood, act as though he can actually ride a horse, or move heavy circles at the gym.
