As the CTO and co-founder of Upstairs Office, Jacqui owns the decisions around architectural direction, tech stack, and execution of each project. She ensures engineering quality stays exceptional, with architecture that’s built to scale and easy to maintain.

What she brings to the table:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture
• Architected systems handling real-time collaboration and complex data pipelines
• Deep expertise in Typescript, PostgreSQL, React, and AWS/GCP
• Core engineer on enterprise SaaS systems at the start-up and scale-up levels
• Spoke at Indy Code on the art of reading other people’s code

Jacqui is driven by the prospect of helping others. When she’s not working on projects for Upstairs Office, she can be found in one of three places: riding her horse, winning bar trivia on Wednesdays, or at the gym.
